The University of Economics in Bratislava assures all Ukrainian students and academic staff of its togetherness and solidarity in their current difficult life situation. EUBA is ready to create the necessary conditions to support students and their family members, as well as colleagues from Ukraine while respecting the specificity of their position and situation, protecting their freedoms and appropriate conditions in the field of education, training, and scientific activity. To address the current situation in which they find themselves as a result of the war conflict in Ukraine, the University of Economics in Bratislava has prepared and decided to implement the following steps aimed at assisting foreign students, their family members, and employees of partner universities from the war-affected areas:

The Consortium of Slovak Universities U10+ carefully perceives the difficult and complicated security situation in Ukraine. The Consortium supports the principle of its territorial integrity, which is protected by International Law and considers the use of armed force by foreign State on the largest scale since World War II to be an unprecedented encroachment on Ukrainian sovereignty, a violation of fundamental human rights and a clear act of unilateral aggression.
