On March 9, 2021, the International Mobility Department of the University of Economics in Bratislava organized the 6th International Study Abroad Fair, which took place online through MS Teams.
The aim of the event was to dive local students into the possibilities of studying abroad through presentations by foreign students studying at EUBA in the summer semester 2020/2021. Students had the opportunity to learn more about Spain, Italy, France, Germany and Lithuania and partner universities in these countries.
The event was opened by Boris MATTOŠ, Vice-Rector for International Relations, who highlighted the tremendous level of student mobility at the University of Economics in Bratislava.
The students were led throughout the event by Miroslava DARNADIOVÁ, Head of the International Mobility Department (IMD). The IMD coordinators presented bilateral cooperation outside Europe as well as the project within the framework of the International mobility between Erasmus + Program and Partner countries (Erasmus + KA107).
International students also shared their impressions of studying online at the University of Economics in Bratislava:
"I think EUBA provides good online education. From all the presentations where culture or the country itself were introduced, I can imagine what it really looks like in your country. Of course, it is not as good as studying physically, but as I said, I am positively surprised. "
Julian, student from Augsburg University of Applied Sciences, Germany
"Currently, I am also in Germany. The online courses at EUBA are good, in addition very interactive and I also have the opportunity to meet new people through my studies."
Monique, student at the European University of Viadrina, Germany
